Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy services can be directly billed to the following insurance providers below. All other insurance providers may require manual receipt submission by the client for reimbursement. If you are unsure what your policy covers, just call or email us with the name of your insurance company, your policy and identification numbers, we will take care of the rest. We keep all your information strictly confidential.
